Starting point and end point
The hotel lobby, Shops, Restaurants, Airports lobby, sightseeing area and charter starting time will be calculated as the guest got into the car.
Payment
Payment can be made in Indonesian Rupiah or in US Dollar. Please understand that the change might be in Indonesian Rupiah based on current exchange rates at the time.
∗Children under 2 years old are free of charge.
Extension time during the day
If you can not decide the time of use during booking. We recommend you to choose the minimum service time only. And if on the day the time requested is not sufficient, the request for extension of time can be done at any time at a price of 8 USD per hour for Four-seater and 11 USD per hour for Five-seater.
Shortening time during the day
Please note if you wish to shorten your trip time during the day, you will not be given a refund.
About Traffic
Please note that if there is a continual traffic jam for more than 30 minutes we will provide 1 hour service free of charge to the customer.
∗We take bookings up until the day before the trip but in high season we advise you book as soon as possible.
