Batur : Located in Kintamani, Mount Batur is the second highest mountain in Bali at 1717 metres,like Mount Agung there is a big hindu temple in Batur, it’s called Ulundanu Batur temple. There is also a lake called Batur lake, the lake provides water for irrigation of the ricefields around Bali. The best and most spectacular spot to enjoy the view of the lake and the mountain is in Penelokan (neighbouring village).
Access:
It’s about 1 hour drive north of Ubud.
