Sate Lilit or well known as traditional balinese satay. It may come as a surprise but Bali is the home of the satay (sate in Indonesia). Satay can be made with beef, chicken, pork, goat and even seafood. Sate lilit is originated in Bali. It's made with minced meat or seafood wrapped around sticks of bamboo or lemongrass and barbecued over hot embers. It's not served with the usual peanut sauce and it's absolutely Tasteful.
